"The house was everything i wanted but not so accesible to the train station, closer to the bus station but kinda hard to figure bus rides for me. I would stay here again esp if i was with a group, it makes tou really fell like youre in Kyoto, my favorite part is the ofuro, the bath on its own is so great and the jap garden."

"Communication about check in time and arrangement was poor. I sent messages in Japanese but they reply occasionally in English, which was strange. I was asked to send all my details including passport number and a photo despite they have all the details with booking , but after all, I had to fill in details again on paper. Very inefficient and time consuming. "

"The property seems to be recently updated, it is modern, and clean. The amenity is lacking a few things (for example, it tells the guest to wash dishes and put them away but doesn’t provide a clothe to dry them). Also, the instruction isn’t super clear. The instruction reads to leave the key on the table when checking out (that’s what it says literary in English), when in fact you need to lock and put the key in the lockbox as one example. Also the road to access the property is quite narrow...

"The biggest con with this stay was that there was air conditionning only in one of the two bedrooms (with the one unequipped being on the sunny side of the house, so it warmed up very quickly). This forced our group to sleep with the bedroom doors open since the temperature in the 2nd bedroom quickly became insufferable. Otherwise, the apartment has a nice japanese feel. "Enjoyed this apartment hotel. Neighborhood was quiet but there were shops and restaurants around the very close subway station. Tram was very close as well giving you options and 7-11 was less than a block away. I would caution that if you are 6' or taller you do need to mind your head in/out of bedroom. Also, not much translated to English but wasn’t an issue."

"施設は一軒家で中がリノベしていてとても綺麗でした。軽自動車でギリギリ停めれます。 ワゴン車は無理です。近くの駐車場まで歩かないと車停めれないです。中はダブルベッドが3台でゆっくり寝れます。洗濯機があり、洗剤もあり、柔軟剤はなかった。バスアメニティーを増やして欲しいのとバルコニーあるなら喫煙OKにして分煙にしたらいいと思った。 駐車場もあると助かる。"
