"It’s so clean and tidy and very grand when you first walk in for the hotel. We love the condition and how clean it was but the only con was the toilet was abit cramp. We aren’t big people and to close the door you pretty much have to cling to the toilet before you can. Also they overcharged us as we booked it via Expedia and when we checked in they charged us walk in fee. "We travelled during new years and everything was closed, I think the hotel should do a better job of understanding what is open for guests. The location was a tad far to walk to the train station which was a negative. The Onsen was outstanding though and the rooms were very comfortable"
