"I’ve traveled all over Japan and this my worst stop. The staff is cordial enough, but it goes down from there… first, they charge you for everything from towels to ear plugs to toothbrushes. This was off-putting to say the least. Next, the sleeping area is filthy with the entrance filled with smelly shoes, bags scattered all over the floor, trash not emptied timely. "Very convenient location - It's one block off of the main street in Chinatown and it's very close to the metro (~5 blocks). The heater works very well (which is important as it's winter and it's cold outside). There's only 2 showers on the women's floor, so there's the possibility of having to wait for a few minutes, but the showers are clean and they provide shampoo and conditioner. Good wifi."
