"Location is marvelous for the hotel. Many eatery and shopping malls within walking distance around this hotel. It is a bit pricey but is worthy for the location. Hotel facility is new and room size is good. Except one day we get only 2 bottles of water instead of 3 for 3 guests. Called the front desk they asked us to buy from the vending machine. "

Good food selection but the breakfast buffet was not well run - lack of plates and cutlery especially 15-20 mins before closing time even when more people were being let through the door. Lovely onset from the top floo but can get busy. "

"We were thoroughly impressed with our stay. We arrived around noon and our room was already ready for us. The room was spotless and roomy, with a stunning view. The amenities were great and breakfast was delicious. Very close to multiple train lines in a quiet and clean area of Osaka. Thank you for a wonderful stay in beautiful Osaka!"

"Pros: very spacious layout for a hotel room, it felt more like an apartment. Separate area to store coats and luggages was a nice touch. Bathroom was on its own away from toilet, which was great for our family. Close by to Universal Studios and many restaurants. Hotel breakfast buffet was varied and delicious; their karage chicken, French toast and fresh orange juice was amazing. Cute esthetics gear towards young kids, so many cute Minon photo ops.
