"Hotel in the heart of Umeda - easy access to transport and shopping. The hotel is expansive and many people coming and going in the lobby. We enjoyed the location but the lifts were annoying with having to take two separate lifts to get to hotel, then another up to your room. Room was comfortable and clean, we liked the separate toilet from shower. "

Could not have hoped for a better location. The area near Namba Station is great, so much to see. The hotel was very tired, ie the carpet was very old, but it didn't bother us because of the location. No spare pillows or duvets were available which was unfortunate.
