"The staff and facilities were wonderful. They upgraded me to a huge suite with a fantastic view so obviously that influences my review. Everyone was friendly, helpful and courteous. Check-in and out was great. It is not quiet the quietest area but that is unavoidable in any major downtown. The location is incredible, right next to Michigan Ave. and I was able to walk to my conference venue, restaurants, Navy Pier, Millennium Park etc. Great stay all around! Thanks all for your hospitality."

"Although the hallways and elevators were a bit dingy and dated, our room was clean, nicely decorated and functional. The bed (king) was very comfortable with lots of pillows and the thermostat made adjusting the room temperature very easy (it was set to 65 when we arrived but warmed up quickly). The bathroom was very small and the sliding door kept sliding open. Even when held shut there was a sizeable gap so not soundproof at all.
