"The staff was wonderful. I was able to book a wakeup call and taxi to the airport when I checked in for the next morning. Taxi was waiting for me when I arrived downstairs. Was only a few minute drive to the airport. The bus from the airport drops you off across the street from Hyatt Place. The bed was super comfortable, shower had great pressure and nice big towels, coffee and tea in the room. They do not have US plug adapters but do have USB. "The hotel is only about 2 minutes walk from North Acton metro station so incredibly convenient. There are a number of take away establishments en route so it is very convenient. The property itself looks new and the room was pristine and spacious. The staff were warm and friendly and the facilities were excellent. This is the nicest budget hotel I've stayed in London, which is generally so over priced. I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in London."
