I stayed at the hotel a night before my trip to the states. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to everyone! Spotless rooms, lovely little restaurant and extremely friendly & helpful staff. Nothing was too much for them & lovely young man even made considerable effort helping me fix a problem with the combination lock on my suitcase jamming. He even researched the problem online and showed me how to fix it if it happened again. Check in and out was speedy and efficient. All in all an excellent hotel!

near the airport (about a 10 minute drive from terminal 5. From other terminals it may even be less. Taxi a little expensive, about 20 British pounds from terminal 5. The hotel has a small restaurant but not many dinning choices near the hotel. For us was convenient because we just needed to stay for the night. Price is good for being this close to the airport, a little small room though but again the price was fair.

Room was a lot larger than I thought it would’ve been. Having only stayed the night as I had an early morning flight from Heathrow, was definitely worth it. Only thing was charging for parking which I was unaware of. Also, initially missed the hotel as I drove right past it, due to the esso petrol pump sign covering the hotels

On a very cold night in London our room had no heat. We were not offered a different room with heat, and no apologies, only extra blankets and a space heater. Needless to say we didn’t sleep much. Glad to leave. What a dump.

No heat in either room, our room had a desk standing heater that was too noisy when trying to sleep. Heating kept switching off in both rooms after 5 mins, temperature outside was -1C, this approach may work in the summer but not in a UK winter.
