"The hotel was very fresh, it seemed like it had been renovated recently. The room I had was a bit unsual because it was a handicapped accessible room. They offered to switch it out after a day or two but I just decided to not to bother. It was fine just a bit sparse of furnishings. The hotel was in convenient location, about a 5 to 7 minute walk to the Earl's Crossing Tube Station. I would say at this property again"

"Well located for Terminal 5. Underground parking available at £15 per day. Spacious room. Great shower. Nice firm bed. Unfortunately, only one thin pillow per person (no spares in room), which resulted in a bad night’s sleep and a stiff neck. "

"One lift was down for maintenance which can’t be helped, but coming back from a show did mean quite a long wait for the lift. Other wise hotel was perfect great check in -check out times close to everything you could need. Clean and bed was comfy and shower had very good pressure. "
