"The Aira hotel was a brillient choice, it is near Train Street The Citadel, The Flag Tower. All within about 5 mins walk. Tha area isthe old part part of Ha Npi its is very interestinh the hotel stscf are amazing on recrption with Tony and Christine the Sky bar with Kyle, Luke and Mark. Also the exceptional staff in the restaurant.Anni Ivy,Nora and Hudson all supervised bu Daisy. Nothinh was too much trouble always happy and smiling.the hotel is the staff. We would revommend it. "Excellent place to stay with kids out of the hustle of the old quarter. Large pool area, table tennis pool and spacious rooms. Location only a short walk or taxi from prominent spots. Pick up drop off from airport was aldo excellent. Pool and dining staff excellent and always interacted with the kids. "

"The hotel and staff are great they really do as much as they can for you. I do however have to say that the pictures of the sky bar on the website are totally different to what is actually onsite. Which I believe to be misleading at best. Basically none of it exists other than 6 x sunbeds and a couple of sofas. I have attached screen shots of website pictures that show something that is simply not there.These need to be removed as they are misleading. Higher management needs to deal with this...

"This hotel was a good value for that we paid. Even though it’s not in the Old Quarter which is where most action is and where most tours offer pick up and drop off, it is not far from this area. Breakfast was great and a variety of cuisines, the gym was big and open 24/7, and all the staff we interacted with were very professional and helpful. "

"The property itself was beautiful and great attention was paid to the furnishings and lobby, rooms and restaurant. The staff were amazing. Mei was very professional and friendly. We especially loved the sky bar staff and the bellman Andrew. The rooms had every amenity needed. The only criticism was the shower tended to create a river in the bathroom. And it’s a bit tough if you’re a short person to get in and out of the tub. (But we loved the classy bathroom!) The breakfast was delicious and...
