"Just an overnight stay. Arrived hotel around 7pm. check-in was smooth. The location about 1 km away from the main street and in the same building as a Karaoke bar. Unfortunately, my room is closed to the karaoke room and can hear the singing and music until midnight... luckily. Breakfast is average. A bowl of pho is all I took. Overall ok stay considering the price. "

"Bedsheets were not changed. Don't auto refill the stuff in the fridge. No Bathmats. Once service taken, you will be charged. Even though that service is a normal part of any hotels process. Food restaurants doesn't have marks to differentiate between vegetarian/ Non vegetarian. Looks like they are just they're for pulling out the money out of customer's pocket. "

Best staff ever

"We don’t generally stay at expensive places like this so I have a hard time comparing how good the place is for the price. But I can say it’s clean, it’s quiet, it’s trustworthy and nice… but I can Garuntee you you won’t find better hotel staff. Hang Pham was the nicest and helpful hotel staff I’ve ever had an I travel everywhere. She had so many great suggestions. She made our trip better. "
