"We had a very very good stay here for 1 night following a busy few days seeing the sights of northern Vietnam. The Moc dining dinner was one of the best meals we had in Hanoi area. Everthing made fresh for us, smoothies and coffees at breakfast were great too! Huge selection of healthy drinks. "There was no front entrance. After going through a door, we arrived at a completely dark lobby. We could not check in because there were no one there, no hotel staff and not even a single guest. We waited around for almost half an hour and shouted loudly to attract attention. No responses. We were scared and fortunate enough to call a Grab driver in the middle of nowhere."

"Except for being next to a hospital and the noise and traffic associated with it, it is in a very convenient location with access to many restaurants and Hanoi’s old quarters. Be sure ti ask for a high-level floor to minimize the road noise. Hotel is a bit dated but is still very good with very helpful and courteous staff. "
