"Bedsheets were not changed. Don't auto refill the stuff in the fridge. No Bathmats. Once service taken, you will be charged. Even though that service is a normal part of any hotels process. Food restaurants doesn't have marks to differentiate between vegetarian/ Non vegetarian. Looks like they are just they're for pulling out the money out of customer's pocket. "

"Just an overnight stay. Arrived hotel around 7pm. check-in was smooth. The location about 1 km away from the main street and in the same building as a Karaoke bar. Unfortunately, my room is closed to the karaoke room and can hear the singing and music until midnight... luckily. Breakfast is average. A bowl of pho is all I took. Overall ok stay considering the price. "

"We had a very very good stay here for 1 night following a busy few days seeing the sights of northern Vietnam. The Moc dining dinner was one of the best meals we had in Hanoi area. Great boutique hotel.

"A very comfortable hotel with great service. The rooms are snug but well appointed with all amenities. If you are looking for a very quiet stay opt for an internal facing rooms as those with balconies have a fantastic view, and give you a great atmosphere of the lake and old town, however can be noisy late into the night and early morning. We dined in the restaurant which was great food and service. Overall we had a great experience at the La Sinfonia del Ray. "

"Great stay at the Peridot. Our first room for one night was on the small side but the suite on the second night was wonderful. Both well appointed and beautiful though. The location was fantastic and staff were great. Would recommend The Peridot for sure if your travels bring you to Hanoi. "

"The hotel is top of the line with amazing and very helpful concierge and front desk. They arranged tours for us with short notice which were great. we missed a bit of Hanoi because we tended to enjoy the hotel as an oasis from the frenetic city. Highly recommend this wonderful historic hotel."

"Owner and employees are extraordinarily friendly and kind. They provide me with a ton of helpful advise for a solitary traveler who is unsure of Ha Noi. I enjoy the hotel's interior design. Old-fashioned decorations with numerous authentic Ha Noi features are used. Travelers who want to learn more about Ha Noi should visit this location. The location is also advantageous because it's close to all the locations I wish to go."
