"We enjoyed a great stay. The best things about this hotel are the convenient location (close walking distance to lake, shops, main square and markets) and the staff. The staff made sure to check in every morning at breakfast to see how we were going. We had a minor complaint about the room and the staff went above and beyond to rectify the issue and offer compensation (which they didn’t have to). There was also a nice gift upon checkout. "

"Very nice place with super central location. Breakfast was good but what we value the most was the staff and service we received. We were able to store our bags in the hotel lobby two days before actually check in as we were going to Sa Pa and didn’t want to bring them with us.
