"Excellent hotel in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. A stone's throw away from the Umekoji train station and a few minute walk from bus stops. The Family Mart downstairs is very convenient. Room is very spacious for a family of 4. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff was very nice and attentive. Onsen was clean and a good first experience for the kids. Facilities are clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again. "

Close to a stop on the Osaka Loop line and lots of grocery and dining options nearby. About fifteen minutes by train to Universal if you are going there. "
