Nice clean and spacious rooms with a mini fridge and an airy feel. Good bathroom with spacious shower. Staff were helpful and pleasant at check in and out. Looking forward to staying here again.

New hotel still with teething problems, but nothing that time settling will not resolve. Bargain for what we paid but still needs to iron out the issues before charging their full rate. Staff are super friendly and on hand at all times to make your stay enjoyable.

All the positives and negatives that come with a new hotel were experienced. It looks great and the rooms are good size with amazing bed. However check-in was very slow, as was breakfast. Really busy and disorganised. Fine tuning those two parts and this will be a leading hotel in Leeds.

Stayed at Hyatt Place - had only been open a day before I arrived! The hotel is very clean and modern. There were a few small teething problems with check-in/room allocation, and with a few elements of the room (i.e. TV and heating/air conditioning). The staff however were really responsive and friendly. Quiet location. Bed and bedding were super comfy. Didn't have anything in bar or breakfast, but will probably try these out next time. I think that once a bit more established, it will be great.

The room was not cleaned properly. Large weird stain on shower floor, loads of dust on the racks/closet area. Standing in line for breakfast as there were not enough tables available. Could not leave a small backpack after check-out as they were already “full” according to reception. New hotel but disappointing experience.

The hotel was very clean and very comfortable however 2 charges were made on my account of which i am unclear of as no extra purchases were made during my stay. These were for a total of £73.00. Additionally I was very dissapointed with the breakfast as the food was served incredibly cold and indelible. The food manager kept sending the plate back to the chef as he didnt like the presentation (i could hear the conversation) however i was in a rush, needed to get to a meeting and ended up waiting 20minutes for a simple breakfast that was inedible by the time it got to me. The coffee machine also wasnt working which was quite frustrating. The room however was clean and comfortable.
