"Very nice hotel option - good options on the menu and popular beer choices. Room was strangely laid out with a tiny TV mounted on the wall. Bed was comfy. Strangely only 1 set of towels for a double bedroom. Bathroom sink was tiny with tap that was too big. Nice for one evening but no more"

"Our stay at Apple House was truly exceptional! The hospitality was outstanding, and the breakfasts served each morning were absolutely delicious. To be honest, this bed and breakfast surpassed any four-star hotel we’ve stayed at in England. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the railway station, which made everything so convenient and within easy reach. Highly recommend staying here!"

"When we booked tge book in time was not vidable to us and we were suprised it was 4pm as this felt a little late. Paul was loveley and made us feel very welcome. The room was large but felt a little dated but for the price was more than acceptable. We stayed 1 night in the family room and my girls enjoyed the stay. I went for Breakfast which was self serve and a basic continental but you also have the facilities to make your own should you desire. Lots of contractors and Builders use this hotel...

"Funny little place. Rooms upstairs in a pub but dont let that put you off as pub is only open 3-8pm. Kitchen wasnt doing breakfast which would have been handy to know before i turned up. Very convenient for the city, with free off street parking which is a rarity in york. Room was clean and comfy. Wpuld stay again for the price. "

"The staff were very welcoming , the guest house was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a gluten free option,including the sausages and the bread. We were able to leave our cases in reception after we checked out in the morning, until we wanted to travel in the afternoon. Would stay there again if we return to the area"

"After reading some of the negative reviews we were very pleasantly surprised. Staff were helpful and attentive and actually went above and beyond. Overall the property is a little dated and and in one of our rooms the tv wasn't working properly and in another the the lightbulbs needed replacing but it's clean, the beds are comfy and it's close to town. Would definitely stay here again."

"It was such a great stay with the Ladies over at the Embassy, the Owner/Management I believe was super nice and staff were impeccable 👌 . Rooms Clean i would highly recommend. Food and drinks excellent. We made it after check-in just a phone call and we were able to be into our room . Thank you for such great accommodation. "

"I stayed for one night at The Cordelia as a solo traveller, and chose this hotel as it was conveniently located and looked great in the photos. I was not disappointed! From the moment I arrived, Rebecca was most welcoming. I was given a dis for the car parking on the road and was shown to my room which was warm and cosy with lovely decoration and a homely touch. "We were looking for a 2 bedroom stay for us, our teenage daughter, and our 10 month old. Roomzzz came up asa 2 bed apartment option, which suited our needs perfectly. We were very impressed with the hotel; apartment was spacious and very clean, and we will absolutley stay here again if in Leeds. "
