"A lovely stay at 315, an amazing but deceiving venue, as from the outside it just looks like a friendly modern pub, but when you go in the mass of space and looks are amazing! Fantastic bedrooms with amazing sceneries, slept well! "Rooms were very clean and adequate. Rooms warm during a cold January stay. Cooked breakfast was great. Hostess Caroline was a delight. Flat 10 minute walk to city gate (see photo). So no need to park closer unless you have a walking disability. Very desirable location. The only thing that would have made it better was to let customers know in advance that parking is £12.50 @ night. No nearby free parking in sight. Don’t hesitate to stay here. "

"A nice warm welcome from the owners. Great family room with bunk beds for the kids. Nice and clean too. Great location for heading into York. Just around 10 minutes walk from the minster etc. "

"Would definitely recommend and stay again. Plenty of parking, decent sized rooms with everything we needed. Restocked every day (tea, coffee, toiletries), which was very nice. "The single room was comfortable, clean and pleasant. It had tea making facilities, a hair drier and iron. The en suite was of a good size and private. The only draw back was the shower - it had little water pressure and the shower hose was a poor fit. I had a key to a separate entrance which gave me freedom to avoid the bar and flexibility to come and go."

"Stayed here just for the night for work and what a lovely cosy place! The host had left me a breakfast bag & in the room there was plenty of Yorkshire Tea, biscuits and treats. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot too! Felt very welcome, would definitely recommend it. "

"One night stay en route to Whitby 2 rooms booked. We were greeted with a friendly welcome and shown to our rooms. Rooms were very spacious and clean and had all we required. We went down to the bar for food and drinks the food was very good and enjoyed by the three of us. We enjoyed the evening with the locals and our host who made us all feel very welcome. "Everything was perfect for us , not far to walk to sea front / high street shops , we didn’t have the breakfast at the property as not always early risers , we would definitely stay here again , a lot of places in Scarborough don’t have their own parking or if they do there’s extra charge and with hubby having mobility scooter the parking was essential for us .A big Thankyou to the lovely hosts , keep on doing what your doing , fantastic 👏"
