"I took my bachelorette trip here in April 2025. The resort is lovely and overall so gorgeous. Our rooms were very clean and the beds were comfy. I’ve never stayed somewhere with nicer staff, they really made the trip special. Oscar at the lobby bar makes the best espresso martinis and margaritas. He was also so fun and attentive. Betuel and Isaías the bellhops gave us a special tour around the resort to show us everything so we wouldn’t have to walk. The food was pretty good, we especially loved the Italian restaurant La Luce, the prosciutto pizza was incredible. The ribeye tacos at SeaSalt were also great! The staff never forgot to ask us about food allergies and really remembered who was allergic to what. They also had quite a few vegan options at every eatery. Vela sur was a great way to start our day with Oceanside breakfast. Overall, the resort experience was lovely, we really enjoyed it all, from the rooms to the pools, but what made this trip special were the resort employees. There are too many to name, thank you to all the employees for making this an unforgettable trip!"

"By far one of the nicest properties we have visited in our 5 trips to the Cancun area. Property well kept and maintained. My wife and I were treated very well by all staff and appreciated the effort wait staff member Miguel provided us while at the buffet. Food was very good and options abundant. The only recommendations I could make would be to provide beach drink service as it is a long walk to either of the pool side bars and to enforce the policy of “no saving of chairs”. If you didn’t get to either the beach or pool early you were out of luck. We had a hard time getting chairs even while many were vacant for the majority of the day. Many chairs were “saved” even during the overnight hours. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for an adults only resort. "
