"Romanita the manager was awesome. She helped us with rooms when we had to evacuate for the hurricane. She was professionally friendly and discretely used our complicated reservation as a teaching opportunity for her co-worker (I only noticed because I too use opportunities to teach my employees - and she was excellent at it.) Our rooms were great and she set us up with two suites for my family. Thanks for everything!"

"Our room was great and we enjoyed our stay. This was after a 5+hour drive due to Hurricane Milton. But once there, the 4 day stay was great and we'd probably stay there again."

"Overall we had a good experience however there were children running up and down the halls for a couple hours. I blame the parents for not supervising their children or respecting other guests staying at the hotel."
