I liked the friendliness of the staff and that there is a restaurant attached to the Ramada. The only thing I didn’t like is there is no elevator.

I guess if you’re just using it for an overnight airport stop it’s okay. Couldn’t find an elevator, so be prepared to haul your luggage up the stairs. Airport transfer was good.

Staff unfriendly and shuttle to and from airport was not good had to take a taxi from the airport back to the hotel after waiting 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up after calling the hotel

For the peace of mind of future guests of this hotel, please put in writing that is clearly visible that this hotel DOES NOT have elevators. The majority of customers wanting to stay at this location will have multiple suitcases that will need to be lugged up stairs without any assistance from staff members. In addition, Ramada hotel please train your front desk staff to advise customers that the property has no elevators and offer to provide assistance to customers with luggage if needed.

Change in plans. My husband traveled without me advised Ramada he would be checking in for the reservation. Still attempting to get him checked in. They refused him the room. I just sent photo ID with sane request with confirmation number. Hopefully that works.

Pros: Airport shuttle and nice staff Cons: Everything else. There is shuttle from the airport, which was one of the main reasons for choosing to stay here. Saved a few dollars, but that was it. FYI, shuttle runs only once every hour. No complimentary bottle of water in the room. No fridge. No elevator. Definitely overpriced. I wouldn’t have been this disappointed if the price was more reasonable.

Checked in at 9:15 p.m. and out at 6:00 a.m. so really didn't see much of hotel and area. Convenient to airport. Only negative, the shower floor looked a bit grungy but otherwise was acceptable for a hit and run.
