"The hotel is walking distance to the Haram, however it’s on a steep hill so not convenient for young children and elderly. The shuttle bus runs every 10 minutes which is very convenient but then you have to take a lift and a bit of a walk to Haram.Overall the hotel is immaculate, they gave us an upgrade which was really helpful, clean spacious rooms, amazing staff, lovely continental breakfast with a lot of choices. There’s a cafe and food court nearby. Will definitely recommend. Thank you Hilton Doubletree 😊"

"I recently stayed at the Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel, and it was an amazing experience. The highlight for me was the Haram View Suite, the view was simply breathtaking. Waking up to such a view was truly special. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and it was a great way to start the day. The customer service was impeccable, staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure every need was met. The overall atmosphere was luxurious and welcoming.
