"Location is great, staff is great, facility is good. Only areas they can improve on is the adding some noise reduction on the doors. The doors to the rooms has about 1/2" gap on the bottom and 1/8" around the other 3 sides. Which makes the rooms very noisy, as you can hear every time elevator door opens or someone is talking on the hallway, which could be middle of the night. They can put some insulation around the doors to make it more quieter for the guests."

"It’s on steep , it’s hard to walk for old people. There is a short cut stairs as well. But again it’s hard for knee pain. Location very near. But steep. No golf cars. "

"Alhamdulillah…..the hotel location is very convenient, close to Haram area (walking distance). I must give 5star to the hotel staff specially the manager Mr Dider who was highly professional and so helpful. In fact we came hotel way too early and I was just asking if we can check in early and if needed we would pay extra. They helped us for early checking without any fees specially during the busiest season of the Ramadan. "

"My third stay at this wonderful hotel. Rooms are huge and spacious. One of the best hotels in Makkah in Safwah towers. Service is excellent and iftar was amazing. Just one floor before is the food court where you will find all the restaurants including a very nice Bangladeshi for place. Below that floor are all the shops. Perfect location Alhamdulillah. "

"Very bad experience. First of all you cannot find the hotel. Taxi people don't know where is the hotel. If someone wants to go there plz tell the taxi guy you want to go to alshifa hospital or Al qinwah hotel. Bath was dirty comode seat was broken. Urination on comode seat no hot water. Only got one towel and ask for another towel.i want my money back"

"The hotel used to have a tunnel access to haram which is why we booked but that access is now closed. The hotel only issues one room key (also needed to keep lights on) despite the room being booked for 4 adults. If one of us stayed in the room they'd have to sit in the dark. We asked several times for more keys but they said no. Service was TERRIBLE!!!! we stayed for 2 weeks and the cleaning was never done because they said they will only clean when we check out. "
