"Grear location in Azizia with hourly buses to Haram during Ramadan, very good restaurants close by. Good price! The Ramadan buffet was really bad they need to improve on this. It was good on 2022 but now the quality is not good. No fresh juices, no shawarna stall and they charge 70 per head. I love this hotel so please improve your Ramadan buffet"

"Location is great, right next to Masgid Nabawe. Property condition is good as well but cleanliness is an issue. The bathroom in our room smelled like urine right when we walked in. The bed, although it looked done, had long female hair on the sheets. There were no floor towels in the bathroom. Other than that, all is well."
