"Good hotel and very decently priced. Not the best location as you need to take a shuttle to the Haram. There are many though, but it is still an inconvenience. Most days they didn't put enough towels in the room. There is also literally nothing close by, within walking distance. To even go to a supermarket meant a trip on the shuttle. "

"the corridor carpets were old and dirty. shower area had no cover, only one towel in the bathroom. cleanliness was below expectations and room services was non existent "

For our convenience We looked for a hotel that is located some where between the old Jeddah town and the King abdelaziz airport The receptionist was friendly and the hotel the room was comfy; can't comment on other services due to limited time of our stay"
