West Village Gem Summ

9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (20)
"We stayed at the apartment for 5 nights in February and could easily have stayed a month... The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, and a very short walk from dozens of great restaurants and shops, as well as the subway. Considering that the apartment is only one flight up from a vibrant street and has lots of windows, we couldn't believe how quiet it was. The owner sent along really clear instructions in advance -- checking in and out couldn't have been easier. We would definitely stay here...

Modern West Village 1BR w/ Balcony & In-Unit W/D, by Blueground

8.0 out of 10, Very Good, (1)
"The location of this property was great, and the unit itself was very nice....but with caveats. Common areas are not secure and an Amazon delivery was stolen. Not everything in the unit was working properly; one issue was fixed just prior to the end of the month-long stay. The price charged for this unit is at a premium and the mandatory cleaning fee is excessive. At these prices I expected more."
