"Kearne checked me in and was so helpful. He helped me upgrade when I felt the first room was too small and we had a great room with a view. All staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean and the hotel was very convenient to everythiing we wanted to do. The Tik Tok Diner in the hotel is one of the best casual restaurants we ate at."

"Can you really go wrong with a Westin? We have been to New York many times and always wanted to try the Westin. It was safe, convenient, and clean for a NYC hotel room. My only complaint would be the outrageous drink prices at the bar. However, they did give us beverage passes upon check in so that did help! But the drinks were so good we wanted to go back for more. I would stay here again! Safety is priority for me and the Westin never lacks in that area. "

"Located right between the West Village and Chelsea, it is an amazing area to call home. The staff at The Jane Hotel were all very friendly and helpful. We were able to keep our luggage at the front desk after check out, to allow us an easier last day in the city. The room, while very small, was pleasant and clean. It utilized an energy saving stick key fob for entry and electricity, and the bathroom was clean. The shower wasn’t quite hot enough, and the hallway to reach the bathroom was cluttered with boxes, but the hotel and restaurant next door share an elevator, and I understood it. Mostly, I loved the location and the staff were friendly, and I felt safe and clean, so I’d highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit NYC. It’s only a few minutes walk to Starbucks Reserve Roastery, which is a must-see. And Little Island park, and the High Line. Just a great area."
