"Overall, this hotel was fantastic. We were there for an event at the Richmond Olympic Oval, so this was super close and convenient. We had a suite, which allowed us to comfortably fit 4 kids and 2 adults. The hotel and rooms were clean, comfortable, and well appointed (we loved the shampoo/conditioner!), the restaurant was good, we loved the outdoor pool, and parking was safe and easy. The only negative part of our experience was that we were on the 18th floor, right by the elevator. We...

"This was my first stay at the EXchange Hotel. What this hotel doesn't have is a Large, elegant foyer. The entrance is more like what one would expect for a residence in New York. There is a door man waiting to greet you and answer any questions that you may have. The room is clean and well designed. Temperature in room is comfortable and if there is a heater or a/c it is very quiet. Bathroom is clean and spacious. We were on the 6th floor and you could hear road noise but nothing that would keep you from a good nights rest. We only had breakfast at the Hydra and felt is was very good. The best thing going for this hotel is the people, very helpful with a most pleasant disposition. Well done."
