"Great place to stay"

"My overnight stay at this hotel was peaceful however I thought from the initial description of the hotel services that there was an airport shuttle. I ended up using the bus service that worked well and ran on time plus the bus fare was very reasonable. Fortunately the weather wasn't bad so I didn't suffer lugging my luggage "

"Nice hotel; really big though. Depending on where your room is located, you might have to walk on a long distance pushing/pulling your luggage on carpet. They need to hire people who will help with baggage, or place some carts in the front. I had to push 4 bags on that carpet and my 6 years old kid had to pull his carryon….we were exhausted by the time we got to our room."

"Old property, no lifts, but good value and convenient."

"The room wasn't very large but was well appointed. It was nice to have a little kitchen. Bathroom does not have grab bars or a non-slip mat...and, well, I slipped and fell pretty hard. Staff did not know where the closest grocery was located or if they carried stamps for a postcard. Spoke to 2 different front desk agent and they did not have answers to my simple questions. Overall, it was a perfectly fine stay. "

"Indian restaurant closed which was disappointing as this was a determining factor in my decision to stay. Explanation being ‘they’re doing something in the kitchen’ but not communicated at any point in the booking process. Also never mentioned gym or pool during check in so maybe that was closed too..."
