This place allowed easy access to train into London and felt very safe when we walked back after returning at night. Very comfortable and well appointed - even had daily room servicing! Beds were very comfortable with excellent linens! "

"Arrived for a 2 night stay to be told our second night was cancelled due to government take over of the hotel. No call/email warning us of this so we arrived with two tired children and couldn’t then check into our room for three hours whilst I called hotels.com to try and sort it out. Hotel staff were useless and wouldn’t even make eye contact or offer help. Ended up ringing the USA for hours as hotels.com don’t have a UK switchboard. Abysmal service"

"This hotel is connected to terminal 5 at Heathrow. We spent 2 nights in order to visit some friends before traveling back home. The hotel is clean with large beautiful rooms. Breakfast is expensive so we walked to Terminal 5 and had a continental breakfast at the coffee place inside. It was nice watching planes take off and sipping coffee with our rolls and fruit. One night spontaneously jumped on the underground which is in the Terminal and made our way into London. Easy and convenient. ...

"Stayed overnight prior to flight the next morning. Check-in was very quick as I had pre-booked. I was on the second floor, however the lift was broken, so I had to lag my bags up 2 flights of stairs. Help was available if required though. The room was clean and the bed comfy (which is the main thing), although I found the towels to be a bit hard/abrasive. Even though it is right next to the runway and a main road (Bath Road), the hotel itself was not too noisy. Also helped that there is a bus...
