"Very nice and welcoming reception area. We didn't use any onsite facilities as we went out straight after a late check in and left early for a Uni open day. Room was great, the beds were super comfortable, bathroom beautiful. I'd definitely stay there again given the opportunity to go to Birmingham again. Happy customer 😊"
