Very Impressed! My husband and I decided to stay at the Birmingham Airport Novotel, and we were so impressed by the location, the staff, the room, the bed, the restaurant, the bar…Everything! We had an early flight out, so took the train to the plane! Well done Birmingham for the planning of transport links!

I recived a very nice room, it was very clean almost everywhere, untill i saw the carpet, it had a huge spillage stain that could have been removed, but wasnt for some reason. The service in the restaurant and the bar area are way too slow, there are 3 men running aroud trying to serve tables, but obviously they need a bigger staff. I ordered a Buddha salad, with smoked tofu, the tofu tasted like it hasn't smoked but rather dranched in a liquid smoke which was awful. The lettuce was totally wet, no flavors what so ever it was a waist of money. I came hungry and left hungry.

Spent one night here before a flight. The room was amazingly quiet with all we needed. We ate in the bar and it was ok food. Very convenient for the airport just walk over the road. Reasonable price too

I was told I had to go over to assisted travel to book my luggage in they should have called for me with a wheelchair. It was awful the man in reception was sure. When they saw me and my adult son struggling assisted travel complained to Novotel manger. They eventually took us back to the hotel in a wheelchair.
