"The hotel itself was fairly clean. The heat didn't work all the time. Other than the check in didn't really see hotel staff until we checked out. The hotel was quiet. I did like that there was a refrigerator and microwave. The refrigerator was iced over but it was still working. The microwave was not working properly we finally got it to work. If you are planning a short trip then it is ok for that. No more than a couple of days. The check in was easy and the counter person was friendly. I...

"We were not expecting the water park to have such limited hours. We paid for early check in to get in before 4 PM, and the water park closes on Sundays at 6:00. That was disappointing. It is nice to have two restaurants in the hotel, but they can close early due to inclement weather, so be prepared to go out if this happens."

"Only open seasonally. They closed Sept. 6th. Had a booking for Oct. Not sure whybit let us book but they were not open and we had to scramble to find a playlce to stay in an area that was very booked up. "

"Had a good one day stay at HYATT Place Fishkill. Service counter people were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed with amenities: microwave, fridge, coffee machine & suppliies. Breakfast served was good and plentiful. Good value!"
