Except for the young lady at the front desk, Kyleigh, who went out of her way to be helpful and kind, it’s just an average hotel. The staff was great but the room had a bad smell, the phone didn’t work, the pillows were hard and lumpy and the bed is not something you’d dream about getting back in to. I’m not really complaining because for what it cost you can’t have high expectations, and I’d stay there again. It was quiet.

Starting from our entry, water leaking onto the lobby floor ( through a light socket), to a short count on towels in room , Keurig coffe machine not functional, and finally no soap in bathroom (bottle of body soap in shower not useavle - plunger broken and bottle fixed in mounting, unable to be opebed).

The place was nice, clean close to everything. When I checked in the young woman at the desk was welcoming, energetic and considerate, a true asset to your company. The young women at the desk when I checked out was the antithesis of the warm and friendly young woman that greeted me at check-in. I think she could benefit with some training and possibly explain to her meaning of the word “hospitality” and why the Lodging segment has been named “Hospitality “
