"The staff were accomodating. We needed to have a pack and play and remotes fixed and they came immediately and assisted. The pool was the perfect temp. I will say the floor around the pool does get VERY SLIPPERY so be careful. Breakfast was hot and the staff was on top of replacing things as they ran out. Overall great experience and I would absolutey book a room here again. "

"Although the booking says parking included I was charge $15 per day until I went back and asked and it was reversed as a good will gesture (?). That should be settled with the traveling companies not arbitrarily charged to the customers. Perhaps at the time you are asked if you have a car parked at check in and handed a tag the charge should be disclosed. "
