Outside of bldg was nice enough, inside was nice and clean ,did not smell of cigarettes at all, check- in was very polite. My room was clean and spacious as a double bed was my choice. "Captain Thompson's resort is an outstanding resort. It has the best location of any in Alex Bay. It is within walking distance of everything. The view of the river and Bolt Castle in units on the main channel is second to none. The staff was very helpful and professional. The manager, Lisa, was exceptional! We plan to be a regular visitor every year."
