"Complimentary shuttle to the airport would be great. My initial room was near an exit on the first floor. I feared for my safety so I requested a change. I was given a beautiful suite on the top level. The room service was great most days. The previous users left stuff in the fridge and my bed was left unfinished on my second to last day. "

"We had a King Size room. It was great. Check in was quick and hassle free. Only complaint would be more of a dislike as I am a morning coffee drinker, and I've never been in a hotel room that offered this type of coffee maker. It's strickly for espresso lovers. It does not make regular coffee, so that was my only disappointment. Otherwise the room was excellent."
