This hotel is clean and convenient. They also have free EV charging inside a heated garage, which was super helpful for our trip, especially in December when our car was snowy and cold!

The room we stayed in had a broken heating unit and it is below freezing outside. I reported the issue to the front desk and they sent a technician to fix it. Once it was fixed we went to sleep and then woke up at 1:30am freezing. The unit was stopped working again. Went to the front desk complained and the technician came in and said it can't be fixed. The manager called me and asked to change the room. By that time it was 2:30 am and we needed to leave the hotel by 5:00. I asked if they can compensate me for this trouble. He said he can't because it was prepaid. Instead he asked me to grab snacks. Which i did, and also asked for extra blanket. After that I couldn't sleep.
