"I am from Toronto but I had a need to stay close to Toronto General Hospital and this hotel was within walking distance which was perfect. What surprised me was that I had daily cleaning services which was unexpected and pleased. I felt safe walking to/from the hotel in all hours of the day which made my stay satisfactory while I dealt with a personal family health emergency. Thank you to the staff for their daily smiles and check ins. "

"The check-in experience was quick and smooth. The agent was able to fulfill my special requests. Complimentary water is available in the lobby, as well as bottles in the room. As someone who is eco-conscious, a refillable water bottle station in the lobby would have been more appreciated. "Good average hotel for downtown Toronto. Rooms and lounge areas were clean. Hot breakfast was decent, selection of baked goods, eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh waffles, oatmeal, cereal, juice and coffee. My only complaint was that the elevators were constantly occupied by service people. I understand they were cleaning and flipping rooms, but this was happening before check out, so it was a pain to get to breakfast, then again to check out.
