The rooms are lovely. Friendly staff. Originally because I was paying by Debit they wanted a $350 deposit in addition to paying one night. This amount is outrageous. After a discussion it was marked down to $200 which is reasonable. The major issue was that that requirement was not mentioned prior to check in. The front desk person handled the dispute well.

This is the first time I give low rate to a hotel. No microwave, no fridge, phone is covered with dust and cannot be used to call front desk or room service in the room, no room service if don’t request one, even no water in vending machine…is this a real Hilton?
