The service was impeccable. We were there for the Taylor Swift concert and they rolled out the red carpet for the concert goers. Bracelet making, special treats and amenities. We especially loved the cold bottled water they handed out as we all came back from the show! They even opened up their service elevator to make sure we all got to our rooms quickly with our hurting concert feet! Exceptional rooms but the team really blew us away.

The water pressure was extremely weak it was hard to shower. We waited for the hot water that only ever became like warm at best. The curtains did not close properly so the room was bright as day all night!

My favorite thing about staying at this hotel was the accessibility of everything. I felt like I was in the heart of Toronto and I could walk everywhere if I wanted to experience the city on my feet. If I ever got lost I would just locate the CN tower and follow it and the hotel would be right across the street. Great decision to stay here and this will be my primary choice of hotel anytime I visit Toronto!

Was in a wonderful location for a concert with many dining options everywhere. The staff was wonderful at both points of check in and departure. The woman who was preparing to clean the room was one of the sweetest , friendliest person one would encounter. Very happy with my choice of this hotel
