I left a $5000 gold chain in my room after checkout. I called the hotel the next day and asked them to look for it for me. I was worried someone working there may keep it even if they found it. They found the chain and put it in a safe for me until I could pick it up the next time I was in town. Amazing staff, luxury hotel- one of my favourites.

We loved this hotel. The rooms are huge relative to others Toronto hotels. Very nice washrooms. I was impressed with how affordable it was. It was very quiet as well. I will be returning in the future.

The fire alarm went off twice in the night and the manager was very accommodating at check out to compensate for the situation. It was very much appreciated. Premises were very pleasing aesthetically and service was great. I would stay there again.

I booked with the hotel late in the evening, after having a very difficult day. Taniya was very receptive and kind. She took time out to listen to the struggle I was having with another nearby hotel. She went over and beyond her job, turning a horrible evening into a pleasant one. She is by far a great asset to the hotel and a great example to her peers on how to provide customer service. Right from stepping inside this beautiful hotel you are treated like a valued customer. And the rooms are Amazing. The beds are luxurious and pillows are so comfy. The entire King delux room was not disappointing at all. Espreso machine luxurious white robe and the rain shower was really nice touch. Would highly recommend you will not be disappointed
