"We spent 2 nights here and had a great time enjoy the view from our rooms. Parking is a little pricey but you can definitely find overnight parking lot for cheaper around the area. Will stay here again next time when we’re back to Canada. "

"It was very confusing on where to park during checkin as I did not intend to use their valet service. But all their valet staff are out in full force. They don’t offer any help to check in but only interested to know if they can take your car and thereby charge you their excessive parking fees. Meanwhile I can park at the casino across the road for absolutely FREE. Checkin staff were fine but during checkout, the reception staff never smiled or made eye contact with me. "I loved everything about this property, except the price of parking my car. My wife and I stayed when attending a show at the Avalon theatre. Was super convenient, with the covered walkway to the Fallsview Hotel!"

"It was great overall - however, there was renovations going on on the 18th floor - we were placed on the 12th floor and it sounded like the drilling was happening next door. We requested to move, and were moved right away to the 5th floor - however, we could still hear the construction on the 5th floor, not as loudly but still very present, and non-stop. I was surprised we were not given a warning, or discount. I had been traveling for work, and it was nearly impossible to work in my room."
