"Not impressed with service (when compared to the amazing service that you often get in most other Japanese hotels), I asked if they could help us with a cab and they said they had a charge for that help. It was a minimal (500 yen) charge but it was more about the principal for us. DIdn’t see washer/dryer which we often find in Japanese hotels (we use those often), and breakfast Buffett was not worth the money, unless you like Chinese/japanese breakfast. "Nice hotel close to Tokyo station and Ginza district. Room was a bit small but it is Tokyo after all. Massage chair in the room was perfect. Good breakfast, with japanese and western choices."
