Clean hotel rooms with space for 2 adults. Self serve luggage area where you can lock up your luggage before check in or after check out. Area is far from the main districts in Tokyo but suitable if you have plans in the Tokyo bay region. Will need to use one of the train stations nearby. There is a scheduled bus that takes you to Narita airport that you can pay for.

It is convenient if you have an event at Tokyo Big Site, but the rooms are old and worn. It is not dirty, but the hotel is old.

Air conditioning is set by the facility and cannot be switched between heating and cooling for each room. It was very hot in the room, but because it was set to heating at the time of my stay, I could not turn it to cool air setting. It was very hot and uncomfortable. I couldn't open the window and it was hard to breathe because I couldn't ventilate the room. There were no amenities for child, such as toothbrushes , slippers, and towels, and no pajamas, even though I made a reservation for one child to stay in the room.
