"Stayed for 1 night as passing through. Initially on checking in I was a bit annoyed with the reception staff. He was rude and abrupt and they were talking over me. However the checkout staff on the followijgnday were delightful and helped me out with an issue with my card. Was very happy. The room was nice and clean. The comfiest bed I have ever slept on. "

"Showing it's age a bit but still in very good condition. Location is great, and there is a reasonable parking garage on the next block. Staff was very helpful. Room seemed a little larger than your "normal" NYC hotel. I would consider staying here again. "

"Overall our experience was great. The location is perfect for shopping or just walking around the beautiful city admiring the architecture. The only downside is if the room gets hot there isn't anyway of cooling it down except for opening the window which I'm grateful for. Even though the temperature of the room wasn't great I still give the hotel a 5 star review. Thank you MSocial for making our stay great."

"Overall, the stay was great! There are a few things that rubbed me the wrong way. I booked this on Expedia and, they don’t tell you that you will be charged 30 dollars per day, they tell you that you get this money back in credits of drinks etc. but I don’t drink and the gal at the front desk talks so fast that I wasn’t sure this is what she was actually saying. On our last night, we thought it would be fun to order room service and they do not give you a printed receipt and we had some items...
