"Once inside, it was great. The initial part of parking and getting inside was a little confusing. I arrived in the PM and signs were not great on where to go. The hotel is on the 40th floor so you just don’t walk into a hotel lobby. But the staff and accommodations were perfect for a one night stay. Roomier than what I was expecting. The breakfast was a little lack luster. "

"The JW Marriott had everything I wanted in a 4 star hotel. Soft comfy beds, I literally fell asleep moments after my head hit the pillows, welcoming staff and quiet rooms. The location was walkable to restaurants and the trains. The rooms were clean and the bathroom also had a light up magnifying mirror which made putting on make-up and mascara so much easier. I'll definitely stay here again for my next trip to Chicago."
