"We were welcomed and helped by staff, and check in/out was easy. Previous reviews complained of the elevators being slow but we had two working elevators that worked just fine. Our room had a great view of the sears tower and it's a great location. The pool was a bonus, although it was quite crowded. The breakfast was great and they even had a social night for guests one of the nights we were there. We had hot chocolate from the lobby everyday."

"Hotel was very nice. Clean. Good breakfast. Our group of 4 got split into 2 rooms because they were “full” and apparently when you book through third party you are not guaranteed your booking room choice. We were not charged extra at least. Also, the elevators were incredibly slow. It seemed like only 2 elevators were working for the 18 or so floors of rooms. Minor inconvenience. Would stay again. "

"This was my second time visiting this property because i liked it so much the first. This time I brought my kids. They loved the room, pool, and being in walking distance from attractions, shopping, and good food. This will be our go to place to stay when visiting the city. "
