I was supposed to check in at 4 pm, they had me stay for few hours and told me that the room is not ready! Finally, they checked me in for another room, although it should have been cheaper and could have been done at first!! They refused to put water in the room. They said they have breakfast but it was only fries and eggs in styrofoams! It was literally terrible.

The room was great! Very clean and much larger than I was anticipating, honestly. The kitchenette was a great bonus, especially being a block away from Trader Joe’s! There are a few things that I found odd I wanted to note, every morning there were really loud grinding noises coming from what sounded like hot water heaters for various periods of time from different locations around the hotel. It wasn’t too terrible except when it sounded like it was coming from our bathroom or one of the adjoining rooms. I’m not sure what the cause was, but this happened for about 5-6 hours on and off each morning. I am a deep sleeper, as is my partner, so we weren’t bothered, but again it just seemed odd and worth mentioning. Also, I understand it is for security purposes, but basically when you go into a stairwell, the only way out is to exit through the first floor. We were on the 13th floor so it would be really nice if they could install key card scanners in the stairwells. The common area for breakfast was on the 8th floor, only one elevator was in service and there wasn’t enough room in the dining hall for everyone to sit for breakfast, so most mornings we ate breakfast standing waiting for the elevator and finished before we even got back to our room. Not the worst, but also not the most ideal experience. Overall the hotel was great, there is a full functioning pool and hot tub which were a lovely surprise and the gym was fantastic! It was very reasonably priced for the area!

Decent hotel. Nothing special. The pool was small and crowded every night. The breakfast area was crowded every morning. There isn’t enough space for everyone to make their breakfast, if it’s busy. Also there are not enough tables to sit and have breakfast, if it gets busy. Lastly, the shower in our room was having issues with pressure (the water would stop flowing for a bit and then come back). The last annoyance was a broken elevator (1 of 2 total). It made it really annoying to have to wait to go anywhere. There were lots of people on every floor waiting to get on….

Hotel was clean, up to date and a nice kitchen area. However I would only not stay here again because of 2 reasons which I believe is crucial when staying in a hotel during vacation. First reason is, you can hear EVERYTHING from your room. Of course you’re gonna hear the outside parking and train. (Not a big deal) NO you can hear EVERYTHING going on out side your room. You could hear the elevator ring and people talking moms yelling at their kids. When you want to go back to the hotel to nap, you can’t. Everyone will wake you up. It’s loud. Not a soft talk no even my husband said, “sounds like our door is open”. Second reason is they don’t provide your bed with actually bedding/comforter. You get a sheet and a thicker sheet like thing. Was not warm at all. We had to use old ragity blankets that were sitting in the closet. Not the best ever. Also they had one elevator working. So during breakfast hour you’re waiting 10 plus minutes for the elevator. If you needed to run down to the lobby rq, you could not. It wasn’t a terrible experience, it was clean, a roof over our head, complimentary breakfast the “perks” of being in a hotel was not tangible here.

Generally a nice stay. Quiet and clean. However, they really need to get the lift fixed. From other reviews I've read it's been out of action for weeks. Queues and long wait times for the one lift.

The property was in very good condition with the exception of the elevator. The hotel was at capacity and only one elevator was working. Wasted an enormous am out of time WAITING for elevator. No compensation was given so that was very dissatisfying. Breakfast wasn’t the best and more space is needed for seating & long waits.

1.The entire week, only one of the 2 elevators work. It took about 5 mins to 15 mins wait ... 2. The senior valley person was very rude and very disrespectful to my family. We had 7 lugagges and 5 book bags to hold when we checked out, he came and complaining that we had too many bags and yelling at the younger assistant which making us very uncomfortable

One elevator was out of service but the staff didn’t let anyone know and there were no signs. I just happened to overhear a maintenance worker talking. It is also not clearly marked where the pool or breakfast lounge is. My room was not ready still at 4:10 after checkin time.
