"I would have given five stars all-around if not for the first room we were given which was infested with ants, including my daughter’s bed. Thankfully, we were moved to a new room which was fabulous. "The property is magnificient and do not feel crowded at all. Wverything is beautoful and feel 5 stars...and i am an exigent client. The gym the spa and even the pool area are nice. The breakfast is adequate. Not mind blowing but good for those used to 5 stars. Hot chocolate is not good at all though. Staff were all polite smiling and helpful. The location is great, posh and beautiful. But i would not stay there to ezplore the whole island. We stayed 2 night there and 3 nighs in adeje....
