"All over is good, but you have to pay for every single step. If you want to seat at fire pit, you should book it and pay a lot of money. All fire pits were reserved, but for 3 days i didn't see and single person seating there. "

"Loved our stay. Very up to spec property, very clean with friendly staff at the reception. Our unit came with ski locker on the 1st floor - great feature don't need to carry and store skis in the unit. Very close to gondola."

"We arrived late and staff were so helpful. Parked our car and brought the luggage up to our room. The only miscommunication is we had asked for an extra bed in the room, when we checked in the person said it was there, but when we got into the room, it wasn’t. But that was taken care of shortly"

"The hotel staff was very prompt, curious, friendly, and professional. We visited the hotel in early March and found it to be relatively quiet. They provide a shuttle service to Diamond Peak ski resort included with our stay. Overall, we were very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and plan to return back."
