"Very nice property and hotel! Super convenient being so close to Universal Studios! Restaurants are amazing food and all the staff was excellent. Very safe and family friendly! Downsides are that the hotel is literally on the freeway and it is loud all the time, especially at night and the parking charge per night is $50 for self parking in a garage, or $60 for valet. That was an unexpected surprise when checking in. "

We had picked the hotel as it was the only one we could find that allowed us to pick the view we wanted, which was what we wanted. We were staying only for a night before traveling home and my daughter had wanted nothing more than to have a room that she could see the Hollywood sign from.
