Find Hotel with a Concierge in Los Angeles, CA

"I loved it there.. The room was pretty big and the staff did their best to keep it clean! Only the receptionist seemed a bit unfriendly and not interested at the check out. The lady that did the check in on the other hand was really lovely and friendly. I still don’t know if I get my caution back or not coz the check out women didn’t said anything. Thanks for that :) It’s a lovely area and I would stay there again if I would come back to LA. "

"Great family stay. Very close to Universal Studios, convenient shuttle to the park. Only complaint was the very overpriced breakfast buffet. Do yourselves a favor and skip it!"

"Were allowed to check in early at no cost! I reckon like its 2pm but check in was supposed to be 4pm... free shuttlesto airport. Maybe , would have been better if i was reminded (email maybe) that theres a shuttle from airport ro hotel, i would have saved taxi fare."
